Heidi Roberts bags are designed to be carried, lived in, and loved. As with any handcrafted fashion piece, leather, denim, suede, hardware, and straps will naturally develop signs of wear with regular use.
🛡️ Manufacturing Issues
If you experience a manufacturing issue within 90 days of purchase, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the item and, when appropriate, repair or replace it at no cost.
🔧 Wear & Repairs
Normal wear—including scratches, fading, leather softening, strap wear, hardware finish changes, and damage that develops through frequent or prolonged use—is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We want you to enjoy your Heidi Roberts piece for as long as possible. When feasible, we are happy to assist with repairs after the 90-day period. Repair fees, if applicable, will be determined based on the work required.
🌿 Caring for Your Bag
Store your bag in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, or direct sunlight. Take extra care with suede, leather, specialty finishes, embroidery, and hardware.
